Call me old fashioned, but I'm just one of those people....
I've tried Google Calendar, + it just hasn't caught on....
Every year for the past 6+ years, I use my favorite, the We'Moon Calendar, to track all the wonderful events/ meetings/ etc. in my life.
There is something about Extra-Fine Pilot Pens + Color Sharpies that delights my fancy.
I love choosing different colors for different days, I love looking at the pretty pictures on the calendar... + being totally in tune with the phases of the Moon. (Happy New Moon + Mercury Retrograde!)
Recently I made a delightful friend named Sarah Love, who is a calendar artist, among other things. Her paper calendar "Life is Beautiful... and So are You!" got her featured on the Today Show.
We are both fans of SARK, of Positive Affirmations, of Self-Love Rituals, + the Beach!
+ So... We've decided to lead a Retreat together!!
It's SOOO exciting, as it will be hosted in my very own home, a Magic Garden Cottage in Long Beach, CA!
Ariana Bates, the founder of Free Yoga on the Beach, is leading Yoga in Paradise each day, + there will be Tons of Raw Food, Hot Love Chocolate Truffles, + Special Surprises...
We'll be focusing on Art/ Painting, + creating a Personal Mantra on Canvas (with Paints + Multimedia/ Collage).
PLUS... we'll be heading to the Beach (which is walking distance) for special Self-Love Rituals + there is SOO much more.
