When you hear that I'm an Intuitive Reader, use Oracle Cards, do Affirmative Prayer, etc, you might assume that I'm New Agey + my head is in the clouds. Or that I'm always happy, and nothing ever goes wrong.
Part of my gift of loving and supporting people comes from my wound. Here are a few of the most challenging times in my life:
I was trapped in a house that caught on fire at age 3.
My first boyfriend attempted, and later committed suicide.
I have been going through one of the most intense grief journeys of my life, over the past two years.
I don't say this for pity, or to freak you out, but to let you know, rather, that you're not alone, and I get it. See, here's what I learned from the experiences:
I am still on a journey of feeling the fear + acting anyway!
I believe in asking how people are and really listening to the answer.
I am soooo much more able to be with others' grief, and to see how this is a natural part of life, than I have ever been before!
I rarely talk about the shadow, but in order to step into your fullest potential, it is vital to do shadow work. Part of my gift as a coach is holding space for the energies of anger, rage, + grief, with safety, mindfulness, + care. These can be the emotions that are blocking your vitality, or in the way, and letting them out opens an energetic portal to our freedom + full expression.
