I'm not kidding. I really am in Alanis Morissette's new music video, "Today."
It all happened while attending an event for Marianne Williamson a few months ago.
I almost didn't go. I put on a really silly hat + we got there late + the only seats they had left were in the front row.
The front row, right where cameras were filming.
I had been going on Monday nights to hear Marianne speak about A Course in Miracles....
We thought she was going to announce she was running for President!
But she announced she was running for Congress in California's District 33.
Alanis Morissette played.
Anywho, it all got filmed + landed smack on the homepage of Marianne Williamson's campaign website, marianneforcongress.com.
And then all that was clipped + used in Alanis Morissette's new music video, "Today," in support of Marianne's campaign.
And sure enough, at 2:58, I'm in it.

I'm not normally a super-political gurl, but I will say I think Marianne is bada$s, + she supports a lot of cool + important issues. She's fiery + passionate + she cares.
If I lived in District 33, I would vote for her.
I put up a lawn sign anyway... my first ever lawn sign. ;)
This all to say, you just never know what's going to happen when you get out there into the world.
It could end up on film, + you could end up hugging Marianne Williamson more than once, + becoming her new best friend. Even dancing with her with the cast of Glee, which happened to me this Monday night. You could end up in an Alanis Morissette video.
