I step into your door and kitchen, bringing Reiki healing, love, 22 years of various healing modalities. My travels have taken me to Bali, India, Los Angeles/ the Agape Spiritual Center, Santa Cruz, Atlanta, intentional communities and organic farms around the world.
My sensibility is local and seasonal (okay, I do love tropical fruit too), plant-based and organic. I’m not just making food, I’m bringing life transformation, vibrance, love, and upliftment.*
I am winner of Best of Raw Awards for my Hot Love Chocolate Truffles. I’ve catered retreats for Shiva Rea and cheffed for Rosario Dawson. Graduate of IIN and The Living Foods Institute.
